It you just as a double space before you fill the screen of your phone, you will have plenty of spacings.

Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is extremely common with PCS. The first way to deal with it is to ignore it. The more you let it get your attention, the louder it will appear. Mine is extremely loud right now, if I pay attention to it. But, if I focus on something else, it seems to go away. Then somebody can mention tinnitus and it gets very loud again.

The pharmaceutical companies and other entities have been looking for a cure for decades. The only one that works requires nerve work that can cause deafness. It is done by locating the specific microspot of cells in the brain and destroying it. Very high risk and only for those whose tinnitus is so bad and loud that they can not function. I'll take tinnitus over brain surgery.

Anxiety usually makes tinnitus worse.
