There is a study on PubMed using essential fatty acids for eye twitches.

Now of course, all the neuros are getting blasted by drug companies to use Botox...which I would avoid at all costs.

If you are low in EFAs then eating some salmon often, or taking
a supplement may help. EFAs stablize nerve membranes.
