I got my MRI WWO contrast results back today and they are clear, no visible issues at this time.

I looked at the Magnesium bottle I have and it lists Magnesium Oxide as the first ingredient. So you are saying that is no good? What should I look for when buying a magnesium supliment?

and have D3 soft gel caps. Anything to look for on those to make sure they are good?
