I'm sorry you are dealing with these issues. You are not alone tho. There are so many others in similar situations who will be happy to share and give input.
Your symptoms are very important because they are affecting your quality of life. I'd highly recommend you seek medical help before frightening yourself with possibilities. I can understand how you are feeling though. Before I came here, I was all over the internet searching for answers and I ended up convincing myself I had 10 different terminal diseases
