my wife has both RSD and fibromyalgia. (and 2 other auto immune diseases too). Sometimes she gets hung up trying to igure out which disease is causing which symptoms. In the end they all kind of cross over and it really doesn't matter does it? The main thing is concentrating on treating the symptoms and avoiding those activities which exaccerbate negative symptoms. She has found that aqua therapy and warm water aerobics are very helpful activities. Have you tried either of these?? Just a thought.
