Thanks so much for the replies and suggestions. Joe had his best day yet yesterday. We went out for ice cream and took a short walk - about 2 blocks. At first, he said he couldn't make it back. He felt too dizzy, but when a friend offered a ride I guess he felt embarrassed and walked back. By the time he got home, the dizziness was better. And, he fell asleep and slept all night for the first time.

To pass the time at home, we've been cooking a lot together. He has also been doing some crafts. I bought him a pottery wheel and school has sent some supplies home.

I'm definitely going to ask about supplements and the tylenol w/ aspirin.
