It sounds to me like you need an MRI of your cervical spine. You may have a pinched nerve in the neck. That could account for alot of your symptoms.
Ask him to run an MRI with and without contrast material, and see what he finds. Let us know too, ok? I'd be interested to hear. Best of luck & God bless. Hugs, Lee
