Smile Hello JennJenn

Welcome to NT!

I was diagnosed with HypoT also. This was when I started displaying signs of peripheral neuropathy, which became very painful burning in nature (in my legs). Also, I was chronically tired, depleated hormones and depressed. It's amazing how much our thyroids are responsible for. The medication your Dr put you on will take time.
I invite you to check out the Peripheral Neuropathy forum here:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...aysprune=&f=20

It is loaded with information on the effects of PN and how to combat it.
Be sure to check out the top section. Lots of good insight.
Feel free to start a thread there. The support here is great. You'd be amazed at how many people battle this frustrating condition.

It's great to have you here!

Caring,
Rae
