Hi,

I've seen almost all symptoms go over the past 3 and a half months now but every so often i get dizzy and have a buzzing or loss of hearing in one or both ears.

I went to my doctor regarding the dizzy spells and was basically told to put up with it for now and if it continues i'll get referred to a neurologist, which in the UK could take 6 months to a year, or longer.

I started googling about dizziness causes and stumbled across the epley manoeuvre for vertigo.

Has anyone ever tried this? I'm not even sure if i have vertigo and i'm a little apprehensive about trying it incase it makes things worse.
