I have had fusions several times. The doctors don't want you to do much. Last Sept I had 3 fusions and came home and started in fairly quick. I just forced myself, cause I was going to sell my farm and wanted to paint the porch. My husband had just died in July and I was going to have another sm. surgery in October. My Dr. just threw a fit & said it would slow down my healing. You know, I don't think it did, but don't take my advice. I know doc's don't want you to do much at all. I didn't have any PT. I usually don't.
