Even if you start out just standing in the water, it feels like it just drains the achies out of your body. I have had Fibro for over 40 years now and finally dxed in 76. Most doctors did not accept it as a legit illness back then. Now I am plagued with numerous other autoimmune disorders, DDD, DJD and several nasty autonomic disorders. The only way I can walk, now, is in a theraputic pool. It is a true joy to be able to walk. Best wishes.
