Pain in the shoulder blades is not uncommon after having a general anaesthetic.
If I was you I'd definitely mention this to your doctor though.
Edited to add: You need to make sure you don't have an infection and
it may have something to do with nerve damage during the surgery. Like referred pain.
Please talk to your doctor.
