A couple of times I've awoken from a nap, rushed to the BR, of course and in standing up to transfer, passed by the mirror, and noticed that my face was puffy and red (as though I just ran around the block. A sign of HBP?

I think it's the stress of everytime I use all my strength to transfer from the low sitting sofa to my scooter, the fear of falling and my anxiety of tripping over the dog, who is ALWAYS in the way.
