I have done the epley manoeuvre myself at home and the results were amazing.I spent two days in bed ,could not get up as I just wanted to be sick all the time caused by the dizziness.my doctor told me to look on you tube to see how to carry out the procedure.it was simple to do myself.I've now had about two months dizzy free ,it's great.no more pills for me.
