Regarding Botox question, I also was afraid of Botox since I would NEVER consider it for my face as so many of my friends have. But my Pain Management doctor finally had it approved for Thorocic Outlet Sydrome, I felt I had to through it. I must say it instantly worked for me!! For the first time in years I could finally sleep lying down in bed rather than a sitting up position. I personally felt as if a miracle had happened. But I also had one of the best doctors (Dr. Sydney Sheldon). I am sure there are many other drs. that can perform as well. Just keep a very positive attitude and remember it works longer for some than others. When I had Rotator Cuff Surgery on both shoulders, I was not able to take ANY pain meds. since I was allergic to all that was prescribed me and that was horrible. At least the first one.
