Where are you located? I suggest finding a vascular TOS expert who will at least do a thorough clinical workup for you. I've never heard of PT not treating you without an EMG. Some PTs and Chiros perform the same clinical workups. I'd switch PTs myself.

Eventually, if this is TOS you will not be able to avoid testing IMO. Better to get your deductible out of the way at the beginning of the year and not the end.
