Eventually, if this is TOS you will not be able to avoid testing IMO. Better to get your deductible out of the way at the beginning of the year and not the end.

Thanks--this helps. The one who ordered the ENG (and won't do exercise without) is who my Internist referred me to--she's a MD who specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I am in the Charlotte, NC area. I guess I will search for a TOS specialist.
