Well, seriously - you can slap veins to get them to pop (of course - the patient can always slap back!) - BUT - its much more pleasant to have the heat on them! (I use a little mircrowave glove thats actually for aromatheray - but works great)

Regarding the eggs - I'm lost! I live on Ensure - which the good thing - all it requires is opening the bottle!
