Chiros do more than adjustment. Just tell them you don't want any adjustment. They do Physical Therapy and therapeutic massage as well. I think seeing a Chiro with TOS experience would be a quick and dirty way to get another opinion.

I think seeing a Vascular Surgeon for diagnosis is going to more fruitful than a Neurologist in your area.
