Thank you about the ankle wish. I posted to bizi about it so I won't repete. I took the meds and worked almost 7 hours at my sons house. he paid for my dental, so Nan and I helped him out with his very messy yard. I am good and tired.
We grilled the hot dogs very well, so much of the fat content was gone. I won't do it often. Had gilled fish tonight, Yum, and I also burned off a ton of calories today. It felt good to work, but I am walking like a little old lady and hurt all over! I feel like 90 right now! I will hit the bed early with a book and sleep real good tonight.
