I woke up this morning and could barely get out of bed. I over did it yesterday in the yard at my sons house. I did too much! There is not one part of me not hurting right now. I just guess I was so out of shape, and then worked too many hours. Even hurts my finger joints to type. Took aleve, and I am going to sit back for awhile. Maybe this afternoon I will go into my own garden and try working some of that stiffness out of me.You should have seen me trying to get out of bed, it was really pretty funny....ginnie
