I bought a new bicycle and took my first ride this morning. My doctor ordered a stress test and ultrasound on my heart a couple weeks ago. Anyway, I was so out of breath with the stress test and my fibro body hurt for a couple days and I thought...I hate exercise what can I do? Bought a bike.
My emotional plate has been very full the last two weeks helping keep my daughter's spirits up. She was spotting and just a few days ago we found out she has either miscarried or has an ectopic pregnancy. They're not sure. All pregnancy hormones started to drop dramatically. Not good. So now she's been injected with some awful drug called methotrexate to move things along and clear out what's left. She's been very sick from the shots.

She spent the night last night for a girls' movie night. We had fun. She was feeling better this morning.
otherwise I really have nothing on my plate. Don't feel like cleaning, planting, mowing, nuttin...so I'm going to just hang and relax.
Plus i'm pooped from riding the bicycle for the first time today.
