I hope Mrs. D can peek in and I can have more information to take to the doctors. They will just give Cipro, but I hope to try Duricef first while the test comes back.
I just called a pharmacist and she gave me three that are safer. Duricef ( I do fine with that) Macrobid and Keflex. Guess I can take that list with me if I see the doctor. Hope I won' need to.

I am prone to UTI. Bactrim works for me well.
When I have a UTI, I drink a lot of liquid to flush. In my experience of UTI, the best to drink is fresh buko (young coconut) juice. Sadly, I only see buko juice in limited grocery stores.
I am glad to know that Bactrim is a "safe" antibiotic for PNers.
