sorry for the frustration you are experiencing.
I too would like to suggest that those responding try to be sure to read the replies in entirety, and base their comments on that, rather than on just selected parts. I know it is often easy to miss bits of info, but as can be seen, it causes unnecessary distress for someone who is already stressed with the whole process.
