I also go to the pain center at Rush in Chicago. I don't see Dr. Lubenow, but I see one of his colleagues, Dr. Amin, who is very good. There is a certain doctor there, though, that I know many people have had bad experiences with, and if you're interested I can PM you his name so you avoid him.

I'd definitely recommend Rush, though, because I've been very satisfied with my experience there and they have a lot of RSD patients.
