Confused point me in the right direction, Please.

Ok ya all, I am in need of some directional guidance here. I need to find a dr. or something that will stand behind me on my work comp case. One that's not afraid to go up against insurance company's and there medically challenged lawyer's. So far my doctor's wont give a causual link between my tos and work. As everyone knows with out that link your pretty much, for lack of better word, screwed. I have worked as a mechanic my whole life, and that was mostly all done overhead. i have had the rib resection bilat, three c/t releases and still more problems then i really care to deal with. My lawyer is at the point that he has no more ideas for me and has no clue where to go next. its been 4 years and running since it has all started. still waiting on SSI's hearing in november to see if that happens after 3 years of filing. What doesn't help is no income, no insurance and no way to pay for the specialist that can help me get things corrected. Where do you turn too in this case, cause I'm all out of ideas and to tell you the truth i'm ready to give up. on top of the everyday pain that keeps me from doing pretty much anything with the left arm, i feel useless and just plan feed up. Not having insurance or money to even be able to see a doctor that can perscribe me some pain killers or anti depressants can take a toll on a body. Does anyone have any idea's of were to turn to for the help that i need, i cant keep this up much longer before i start to go off on ppl... thanks.
