Default New with a question

Hi

I am on my reconsideration and I had a question. I talked to a lawyer who gave me some advice. Since I got denied the first time I had a heart attack. The lawyer said be sure to tell the person on my case about it because they needed the records. I didn't have to do that because my case worker called me in the hospital. They had a question about a doctor's appointment and called my sister after they could not get me. She told him where I was and he called me at the hospital. He said he would request the records from the hospital.

Now to my question. I went to the appointment they set up for the physical thing and blood work. The doctor told my my potassium was at a dangerous level and to go to the emergency room as soon as I left his office. Do I need to tell the case worker about the emergency room visit or will that be included with the report that the doctor sends to them?
