They had a question about a doctor's appointment and called my sister after they could not get me. She told him where I was and he called me at the hospital. He said he would request the records from the hospital.

Now to my question. I went to the appointment they set up for the physical thing and blood work. The doctor told my my potassium was at a dangerous level and to go to the emergency room as soon as I left his office. Do I need to tell the case worker about the emergency room visit or will that be included with the report that the doctor sends to them?
