They had a question about a doctor's appointment and called my sister after they could not get me. She told him where I was and he called me at the hospital. He said he would request the records from the hospital.

Now to my question. I went to the appointment they set up for the physical thing and blood work. The doctor told my my potassium was at a dangerous level and to go to the emergency room as soon as I left his office. Do I need to tell the case worker about the emergency room visit or will that be included with the report that the doctor sends to them?
Hi my personal advice is everything that you do with any Dr.s try to get a copy for yourself and for your represntative. Remember you are trying to build as big of a medical records folder as you can to prove any and all disabilities.
