For SSDI you do nothing unless SS asks you to. Any medical info SS needs, will be obtained from your husband's treating physicians as well as himself.

How old is your husband?
What is his CDR schedule?
Asking because some folks never have a review because of age and/or disability. Especially those of use in the 5-7 year range.
I am currently in my 7th year. Never had a CDR & don't expect to ever have one because I am near/at "retirement" age.
