Hi David...
It's very nice to meet you! I have done some reading about complications people have suffered after a chymopapain injection, although you are the first I've heard from personally. I remember reading that it can cause spinal cord and peripheral nerve damage, leading to intense pain. I am very sorry that this has happened to you.
You are very right about how constant pain can change the inner face of the person who suffers it, which eventually affects one's outer appearance as well. It can be so hard to concentrate, or to have patience, when your mind is being overwhelmed by pain. I'm glad that you've managed to get some of it under control, and wish you luck in continuing the improvement. This is a good place to talk when you need someone who can understand what you are going through, and I hope you stick around. Best wishes to you, David!
