Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry to hear of your fall and concussion. I can remember the risk of trying to keep my hands warm while being on a slippery surface.
It sounds like you may need to have a therapist try the Epley Maneuver to see if it will resolve your dizziness. There is a YouTube video that may help you do it at home. The goal is to get particles in the inner ear to move to a place where they do not cause dizziness. these particles can get knocked loose by the impact.
