He should at least explain what may have happened. There's a good chance that scar tissue might be the culprit. Once it forms and changes shape, it could possibly move your leads over a tiny fraction causing the change in stimulation.

I'm so sorry about this and I feel your frustration.
It seems there are so many instances where revision is necessary. Why can't this procedure be more simple than this!

You have every right to vent and complain.....that's what we're here for, right.
