Seasonal changes are miserable. The wild barometric swings really do me in. Find a theraputic pool and stay there until we get through the Spring. Spring is bad but Fall is worse for me as we seem to have more cold wet weather then and THAT is a no-no. Thank heaven for Netflix to keep me distracted. Right now I am working on 100 episodes of Quincy, ME. I found some episodes I had never seen which surprised me. Most I haven't seen in decades. Thank heaven for hot soaks and distractions.
