I'm pretty sure research has been done to prove that if you really imagine yourself somewhere and doing something that your brain reaps the benefits of doing it. (ie: They tested runners and athletes imagining running and their brains acted as their bodies were actually running!)

Even my first therapist recommended me using my imagination to place myself in a relaxing atmosphere to help reduce the sadness and anxiety I was dealing with from the brain injury I sustained before I was able to return to work.

I'm glad you guys have somewhere nice "to go".
