I had most of those symptoms the two times my Part D refused to pay for my Lyrica and the doc had to fight with them for 5-6 weeks. The second time, I was hospitalized. I also experience similar symptoms while on an antidepressant. I finally told my pain doc that a certain amount of depression goes along with the level of pain I stay in and I was just going to live with it as the psychiatrists answer always was to double up on the med or add another one. .
