Hi All,

My name is Laura and I just found this fourm today. I am here for a few reasons. I was diagnosed with MS in 2003, I am having a flare up right now, where my fingers are painful and stiff. I was put on a med that is helping alot.

The main reason I am here is my youngest son. He is 6 years old and has had developmental delays, growth delays, seizures, hearing loss, and food allergies. We thought it was all unrelated and most of it probably is. BUT his nuero sent him for blood work because his muscle tone seemed to be getting weaker and even with OT, PT and ST he seems to be backsliding some lately. All the labs finially came back Friday and it seems he has a low Carnitine level. So, that explains some of his issues. He is going to be started on an Carnitine supplement.
