The rent control issue could work out many different ways. I am going to be optimistic for you. For now, try to release your attention to what happens with the Supreme Court.
When I pick up Chinese for hubby lately, I get something he likes (can;t spell it) and vegetable soup. Lately I get steamed vegetables and egg drop soup. I like the plain rice too. It is different from how hubby makes it so it feels like treat in a way.
Other times I order the egg fu yung (sometimes with pork because we don't cook pork much). Without the gravy/sauce on the egg fu yung, it is relatvely low-ish calorie.
