Default Could I have TOS?

I have been trying to do some research, but it has been recommended to me that I may be suffering from TOS. I just turned 21 and I just started working out for the first time consistently in nearly 3 years. I noticed a slight tingling in my left hand but kinda put it off as nothing. I'm on my 3rd week of working out and it has slowly gotten worse. I've stopped all activity but the numbness has moved to both hands with tingling in fingers and also my arm areas.

After a friend suggested I may have TOS. Just scheduled a doctors appointment but not till next week.

Some past history I have had several problems with my shoulders rotator cuffs. I received a cortisone shot about a year ago to deal with the sharp pains. Im 6'4" and and have been diagnosed with scoliosis. Last summer I was in a bike accident and landed on my head. I have been suffering some whiplash/back pain/spine pain mild symptoms off and on. The doctor just prescribed a pain pill. MRI came back negative with any nerve damage on the spine.

Anyways advice would be appreciated. I'm new and looking for answers!
