Mast cell activation is more than allergies, the meds can be the same though. It can cause POTS. My integrative MD says my POTS is caused by Autonomic Neuropathy. I think I also have the other problem.

I take b12 daily and my blood is tested twice a year for that and many things. I have a wonderful regime of supplements each day for my POTS, PN and CFS.

I just wanted to make sure all of the meds are not bad or cause neuropathy. I am healing and do not want anything to interfere. I try to never take meds.

I will talk to my doctor Monday.

I also have HistaEza. My integrative MD likes it for allergies. I hope he will say it will help mast cell activation. That would be great! Natural ingredients.

I have a Berkey filter. SO good. Pretty too.
