no, that is not what I stated Biggerbetter so please don't be argumentative.
I clearly said SSA makes the determination, not just that they grant disability to anyone who tells them anything.
The OP was stating that they are physically able to work but that their mental health is what is disabling them.
Again, only the SSA can determine, based on the medical records and their own evaluations, whether the claim has merit or not.
