Oh how my heart goes out to you.  Many folks here know this pain you describe all too well. It's a very frustating condition to have to battle. I see you've found your way to the CRPS forum. You're sure to get alot of great support there.
One thing that peaked my interest in your post was mentioning how sick you got from all that anti-biotic and that things went into overdrive thereafter. You might want to check out the Peripheral Neuropathy forum. Here's the link to get you there:

Reason I mention this is that PN can take on many different shapes and spread very similar to CRPS. There can be a very fine line between the 2 diagnoses. Certain antibiotics are known to spark PN. Might be worth reading up on.
I'm so sorry about all of this, but at least you're among folks who are more than willing to listen and care.
I hope that you will get some clearer answers soon.
