I had epidural injections - 1st helped couple months, second did not help at all. I did spinal tap -- horrible I had to get 3 blood patches to stop CSF leakage. December I had surgery removed 1 cyst drained 4. Got rid of half of my pain. Still cant do much. If you find anything better please let me know.
