Serc is not FDA approved in the US. It has never been shown to have a worthwhile benefit.
Have you had a vestibular evaluation yet? Has anybody tried the Epley Maneuver or similar therapy for your dizziness?
You can see a do it yourself video of the Epley Maneuver on YouTube. It is not a risky treatment.
