I went before the ALJ a couple of weeks ago and have a question regarding the hypotheticals they run through.

The first hypothetical sounded like if I was somewhat functional would I be able to do my previous job. VE said no. VE said I could do the second and third previous jobs. The ALJ then asked a hypothetical with less functionality. VE said no to all. Then the ALJ asked about 2-3 more hypotheticals, all with less functionality and VE said no to all.

What's the point of asking more hypotheticals with less functionality when the VE has already said no to all jobs? I would think that once the ALJ gets the first 'no' to all jobs from the VE that the hypotheticals would stop. What am I missing?
