It's not something to play around with of course. It seems to be related to stress and with flares for me.
It feels like a thick blanket of pain on my back and surrounding my heart with pain shooting down my arm. Pulse is usually near normal with BP somewhat elevated.

I don't know about the chest pain for me, but when I have flare ups, I cannot really relax. But, I also have rsd in my left hand and arm. What helps you? Do you go out in the rain, cold, or heat? Do you wear a arm sleeve?
