thank you...... ..... i hate this..... i thought i was done with all this crap...... the closet has been cleared, the cobwebs removed. once i get through this there should be no more.... i'm so lucky to have a super psychologist that truly cares.

and lucky to have people here who understand..... yeah had to put away all my sharp stuff and rick emptied out the medicine cabinet. he also put a lock on our back door that leads to the garage since all his wood working machines are there.

i've pretty much hit bottom again. and this time i hit hard. need to take my super goofy picture off. super anything, i am not....
