Wow, do I have energy!!
Started out by taking the pup for a 20 minute walk. Then went to the gym. I did as an MS video about exercise suggested: I worked on elliptical for 10 minutes. Then I did 15 minutes of upper body weight training. Hopped on a treadmill and walked for 10 minutes. Then did 15 minutes of lower body weight training. Then I was done...whew!!
