It's just me. Thankfully, I have no "hubby" to cook for or clean up after. I really enjoy cooking for myself -- what I want and when I want -- and I've made a hobby of creating healthy recipes and incorporating beneficial herbs and veggies into my meals. I grow herbs and produce, too, if it isn't a drought year.
Quite honestly, my health care takes up a LOT of time. Take this week, for example -- I spent half of the day today at the surgical center having a guided injection of my hip. Tomorrow, I'm having two spine MRIs. On Wednesday, I have an appointment with a spine specialist. I cycle in and out of physical therapy, too. Next week, I see my gastro-enterologist and orthopedic surgeon.
I tire easily and have to take a nap most days. I do some form of exercise every day, either yoga or my recumbent bike, but it hasn't helped my energy level, unfortunately.
