Exclamation Brain injuries and cycling

Here's a great article about USA Cycling creating a protocol for the brain injured cyclist during a race. It also addresses time for recovery and training.

Apparently, what I was doing to recover was correct. Stationary training was a big help in easing myself back into cognitive and behavioral form. My own recovery is almost complete.
