Hi camyam...i am still a new member so I dont have any advice, unfortunately, but hoping you ended up feeling better? I have never had the brainstem shaking that you described but have had uncontrolled shakining of my entire body before (but not seizures)...i had to wait it out (which im sure is not the solution you were looking for im sure). Keep me posted on what you ended up having to do! (i also suggest the dark room if you can...even earplugs help me center even when there is no noise...weird) good luck...!
